Pearls:  Japanese Acoya, Chinese Freshwater, length, diameter of the pearl in millimeters, and quality of the pearl. 

Gold/Silver:

2. Call us with your order and payment information.

3. Purchases are shipped directly to you.

4. If you need assistance please call us with a description of the item, the style or common name, type of metal, and all details about the piece; e.g.:  Figaro Chain, 14KY gold, 18 inch, 6mm wide. When possible, it is helpful to get the gram weight since many gold items can be constructed in light or heavy weight styles.

Setting Information:

For some jewelry items, it helps to have a description or picture of the piece.  Many of our out of town clients scan a picture of the item and attach to an email.  Again, a little work on your part will enable us to do our best job for you.

Solitaire settings are a great way to show off your diamond or choose a band with diamonds.

Our Tiffany trade-in program is a great choice for guys selecting engagement rings if they don't know which setting to choose.  Our trade-in program allows you to buy a diamond, set it on a simple Tiffany ring, and later trade the Tiffany for a setting that you can select together.

We only use our internal stock numbers or a manufacturers model number.  Retail stores usually assign their own internal stock numbers to their jewelry, or claim to manufacturer their own designs, which make it impossible for us to identify the item using their stock number.
